This notice covers the beta trial of SANYAM, the athlete management system for sailing. The App is the exclusive property of S Maneesh Rajaa and is provided for limited trial and testing only.

Trial data. Testers should avoid entering real sensitive personal data during this trial phase. Use placeholder or test data wherever possible. This trial does not promise that data will be kept, retained, or kept accurate.

Acceptance record. When you continue past the terms, the App stores the time you agreed and the version of the terms you agreed to, against your account.

No warranty. The App is provided "as is." SANYAM is not liable for any loss, damage, or data issues arising from use of this trial version.
