This software, SANYAM, is an athlete management system for sailing, in active development, provided for limited trial and testing purposes only.

This App, including its code, design, and all associated materials, is the exclusive property of S Maneesh Rajaa. No part of it may be copied, redistributed, reverse-engineered, or claimed as the work of any other individual or organization.

This version is a work-in-progress trial build. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. No guarantee of uptime, data retention, or accuracy is provided during this trial period.

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. SANYAM is not liable for any loss, damage, or data issues arising from use of this trial version.

Testers agree to use the App only for its intended evaluation purpose, not to attempt unauthorized access, data extraction, or redistribution of the App or its contents.

Testers should avoid entering real sensitive personal data during this trial phase; use placeholder/test data wherever possible.

These terms may be updated as the App develops; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
